A makon da muke ciki ne ƙungiyar Likitoci ta Duniya, Medicine San Frontiers (MSF) ta fitar da rahoton da ta saba fitarwa na rubu'in farko a shekarar 2024.
Rahoron ya nuna cewa an samu ƙaruwar yaran da ke fama da matsalar cutar tamowa - da rashin wadataccen abinci mai gina jiki ke haddasawa - a arewacin ƙasar.
Rahoton ya ce jihohin Borno da Bauchi da Zamfara da Kano da Kebbi da Sokoto na daga cikin jihohin da aka samu ƙaruwar yaran da ke fama da cutar.
MSF ta ce akwai buƙatar ƙara wayar da kan jama'a da haɗa ƙarfi wuri guda domin kawar da wannan matsala da ma cutuka da dama.
Ana dai alaƙanta ƙaruwar matsalar da rashin tsaro da yankin arewacin ƙasar ke fuskanta, lamarin da ya sa manoman yankin ba su samun damar yin noma.
Galibi dai rashin abinci mai gina jiki ne ke haddasa kamuwa da cutar.

Ya ce jikin yara na buƙatar duka nau'ikan rukunin abinci da ake da su, kamar masu ƙara kuzari da mai gina jiki wanda shi ake buƙata sosai wajen gina garkuwar jiki.
Sai kuma nau'in abinci mai ɗauke da sinadarin vitamins da masu bayar da kariya.
''A ƙa'ida ana son yaro ya samu duka waɗannan nau'ika a abincinsa idan ana so ya kauce wa kamuwa da tamowa'', in ji Likitan.

Babban abin da ke kare yara daga kamuwa daga cutar tamowa shi ne samun wadatacce kuma lafiyayyen nonon uwa.
Likitoci sun ƙarfafa gwiwar cewa ana buƙatar yaro ya samu aƙalla wata shida yana shan nonon uwa zalla kafin a fara ba shi wani nau'in abinci.
Saboda nonon uwa na ɗauke da tarin sinadaran da za su iya kare yara daga cututtuka kamar amai da gudawa da sauran cutuka masu alaƙa da yunwa.
Likitan ya ce iyaye ne ya kamata su kula da jariransu ta hanyar ba su nono ta hanyar cin abinci mai gina jiki kamar ganyayyaki da cin aƙalla ƙwai guda a rana, da kifi guda ɗaya a mako saboda su samu isasshen abinci da zai gyara musu ƙwaƙwalwa.
Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya ta bayar da shawarar cewa a riƙa bai wa jariri ruwan nono zalla na tsawon shekara biyu ko fiye.

Ya ƙara da cewa bai wa yaro abinci mai ɗauke da waɗannan sinadaran zai taimaka masa wajen koyon karatu ko kuma aiki cikin kuzari.
''Sinadarin Folic na da muhimmanci ga rayuwar yaro, inda rashin sa zai janyo wasu abubuwa ga jariri''.
Dakta Auwal ya ce ana bukatar abinci mai ƙara kuzari, wanda yawanci dangin hatsi ke ɗauke da shi ya kai wani adadi a jikin yaro.
Nau'ikan abincin da ke cikin wannan rukuni sun haɗa da masara da shinkafa da taliya da alkama da biredi da doya da kuma rogo da dawa da gero da maiwa da sauransu.
Wannan nau'in abincin na samar da sinadaran ƙara kuzari da ke taimaka wa girman yaro.

Likitan ya ce abin da ake buƙata shi ne a duk lokacin da za a bai wa yaro abinci to a lura cewa akwai aƙalla rukuni uku na azuzuwan abinci a cikin kwanon cin abinsa.
''Idan shinkafa zai ci ana so a samu wake, wanda ke cikin nau'in abinci mai gina jiki da ganyen salat wanda ke samar da sinadarin mineral element da mai wanda zai samar da sinarin daidaita zafin jiki, sannan a samu tumatir wanda ke samar da sinadarin vitamins'', in ji ƙwararren likitan abincin.
